Use search results to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, or other purposes regulated by consumer protection or anti-discrimination laws, unless permitted by applicable law.
Attempt to identify minors for any purpose.
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
Circumvent rate limits, resell access, or use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate this Acceptable Use policy, and to report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

4. Account Registration

5. Fees, Queries, and Payment

Access to search functionality may require purchase of a subscription or query credits, as described on our Pricing page.
All fees are stated in Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVERSEFACESEARCH.NET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISUSE OF SEARCH RESULTS BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
